2. Subject of Agreement

This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to the sale of digital content subscription services(monthly/yearly plans) via our website.

3. Delivery of Service

• Users gain access to the membership panel immediately after payment.

• The platform includes access to digital films, documentaries, and related content.

• No physical shipment occurs.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• Users are entitled to a 14 day unconditional cancellation right.

• Refund requests must be sent to info@mutedplatform.com.

• If the request is eligible, a full refund will be made within 14 business days.

5. Responsibilities

• MutedPlatform is responsible for keeping the platform accessible and the content available.

• The buyer agrees to use the account for personal use only and may not share their login credentials with others.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and shall be handled by consumer courts or consumer arbitration committees, if applicable.

7. Acceptance

By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees to all terms stated in this document.
